Terms of Service - AJ System Soft Technology

Welcome to AJ System Soft Technology (Ankit System Soft Technology). By engaging with our services, purchasing our custom software, web platforms, SaaS, or mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Work & Requirements

AJ System Soft Technology builds custom software, websites, and applications based strictly on the requirements provided by the client.
The client is entirely responsible for ensuring that the requested project requirements, ideas, and target deployment do not violate any local, national, or international laws.

2. Source Code Ownership & Copyright Protection

Upon final delivery and full payment settlement, the source code and documentation are handed over to the client as specified in individual project milestones.
Copyright Claim Prevention: All baseline modules, original workflows, and frameworks developed by AJ System Soft Technology are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients are prohibited from copying or misusing proprietary engine elements outside the agreed scope to prevent fraud.

3. Strict Limitation of Liability (Software Misuse Clause)

AJ System Soft Technology acts strictly as a technology development provider.
Once the software, web application, source code, or digital product is delivered to the client, the client bears 100% legal ownership and responsibility for its operation.
If the client, their users, or any third party uses the delivered software/website for any illegal, fraudulent, unethical, or unauthorized activities (including but not limited to online scams, unauthorized data harvesting, hacking, financial fraud, or hosting prohibited content), AJ System Soft Technology, its owner Ankit Jangid, and its management shall hold ZERO legal or financial liability.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AJ System Soft Technology from any legal actions, losses, or claims arising from the misuse of the delivered technology.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
